CONCLUSION: St Alban's members showed the strongest preference for a Rector/Leader who demonstrates a strong faith in Christ, is dedicated to building the Kingdom through an increase in numbers, and who will lead organized and uplifting worship.

Additionally, the new leader should be involved in member recruitment, community activities and/or a service club, plus commit to enabling the laity to assist in spreading the Kingdom throughout the Redmond area.
